Balham Boxing Club provides first class training for boxers of all levels from complete beginners through to seasoned amateur boxers & also professional.

Our coaches will plan training sessions to improve your technique and maintain and bulid your fitness levels. We will tailor the training around your needs and your plans. Whether you are training for a fight, between fights or just looking to maintain your fitness and fighting spirit.
​We provide a friendly but focused atmosphere to improve your boxing skills with plenty of opportunity to practise those skills in a controlled manner with sparring session supervised by our coaches.
Balham boxing club is the ideal place to take your boxing skills to the next level and make you a fitter more focused fighter. Balham Boxing Club offers a full boxing workout including circuit training for people of all fitness levels. 


The club is ideal for those looking to keep in shape, loose weight and generally feel good about themselves. 
We welcome men, women and children alike and guarantee that everyone will leave feeling that they have had a good training session and see a real difference in their body shape and level of fitness.

We have just launched Boxercise Classes for Mums these classes are ideal for maintaining fitness to keep up with your kids or return to fitness after having children.

If you require one on one coaching to reach a specific training or personal goal we can assist you.

There is no pressure to get in the ring as a boxer although those that are interested are more than welcome to try it under controlled safe sparing sessions.
